After aging:
Condition: 113 ± 1.0ºC/168H
Residual rate of tensile strength ≥ 70%, residual rate of elongation at break ≥ 65%
b. Flame retardancy: VW-1, vertical combustion, burning 5 times, 15S each time, and the residual flame of any one time is not more than 60S
c. Low-temperature bending: -10ºC ± 2ºC/4H. If the sample surface has no cracks, it is qualified
Electrical Properties
a. Rated temperature: 80ºC Rated voltage: 300V
b. Spark test: When passing through the test electrode, no breakdown occurs. The spark test voltage is 3KV AC
c. Dielectric withstand voltage: 2.0KV, no breakdown within 60 seconds
